Judith Clark, MPH, is the Executive Director of Hawaii Youth Services Network (HYSN), a statewide coalition of youth-serving organizations and a Pacific Islands training and technical assistance center. HYSN is recognized nationally as a leader in efforts to adapt evidence-based curricula and create culturally relevant videos and other educational materials for Pacific Islander and Asian youth. Ms. Clark’s areas of expertise include federal grant writing and grants management, designing culturally relevant programs for minority youth, sustainability, and non-profit management. HYSN has received the Horizon Award for Excellence in Health Education from the US Centers for Disease Control and the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration’s (SAMHSA) Excellence in Community Communications and Outreach Award. Judith’s awards include Hawaii’s Outstanding Advocate for Children and Youth from the Hawaii State Legislature, the Community Collaborator Award from the Hawaii Alliance of Nonprofit Organizations and she is a 3-time winner of the Weinberg Foundation’s AIM for Excellence Award for outstanding non-profit management. She is a member of the national public health honor society, Delta Omega, for her lifetime achievements in public health.
