Hallie Cristobal is from the westside of the island of Kauai. She is the Kauai Junior Extension Agent with the University of Hawaii at Manoa at CTAHR. She currently has a Bachelor's in Health Promotion and Nutrition Education, as well as a Masters of Science in Curriculum Design and Classroom Management. She loves teaching people, especially youth about he the importance of healthy living in a sense of nutrition, cooking, and gardening, to understand where your food comes from and how it can nourish the body. In her free time, she loves working on her family's ranch and riding horses.
